Since beginning his career in education and counseling, LaRon has worked extensively with students, underserved populations, and justice-impacted individuals, helping them navigate academic, personal, and professional challenges. As a community college counselor, educator, and mentor, he has dedicated his work to empowering others through accountability, resilience, and personal growth.

LaRon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University, where he attended on an athletic scholarship. He later completed a Master’s degree in Counseling, strengthening his ability to guide individuals through life’s most important decisions and transitions.
